外墙弹涂施工工艺（浮雕）
Flexible painting technique on external wall (sculpture)

（1）适用范围本工艺适用于在水泥砂浆、石棉水泥板、混凝土预制板、现浇混凝土等室外基层上进行外墙漆施工。
(1) Scope of application This technique is applicable to outdoor basic levels such as cement mortar, asbestos cement board, concrete prefabricated board and cast-in-place concrete.

（2）施工准备
A．材料准备
a.腻子：成品耐水腻子或用白水泥、合成树脂乳液等调配。
b.底涂料：水性或溶剂型涂料，与面涂料有良好的配套性。
c.面涂料：外墙漆应符合GB/T 9755《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》标准的规定。
(2) Preparation of construction
A. Material preparation
a. Lacquer putty: finished waterproof lacquer putty or mixed by white cement and synthetic resin cream.
b. Ground paint: water paint or solvent paint, auxiliary to surface paint.
c. Surface paint: external wall paint should be in consistent with rules of GB/T 9755 standard of synthetic resin cream paint on external wall.

B．工具和用品准备油灰刀、钢丝刷、腻子刮刀或刮板、腻子托板、砂纸、专用喷枪、辊筒刷、排笔、油漆刷、手提电动搅拌机、过滤筛、塑料桶、匀料板、钢卷尺、粉线包、薄膜胶带、遮挡板、遮盖纸、塑料防护眼镜、口罩、手套、工作服、胶鞋。
B. Preparation of tools and articles Putty knife, metal brush, scraper or scratch board of lacquer putty, brace of lacquer putty, sand paper, special spraying gun, spread pen, painting brush, portable electric mixer, filter screen, plastic drum, refining board, steel tape, chalk line bag, film sticky tape, covering board, covering paper, plastic guarding glass, mouth mask, glove, work clothes and rubber overshoes.

C．技术准备
a.基层检查验收基层应平整、清洁、无浮砂、无起壳。混凝土及抹灰面层的含水率应在10%以下，PH值小于9。通常新抹的基层在通风状况良好的情况下，夏季应干燥10天、冬季20天以上。未经检验合格的基层不得进行施工。
C. Technical preparation a. Check and acceptance of basic level The basic level should be flat and clear without floating sand and shell. Moisture content of concrete and plaster coating should be below 10% and PH value below 9. Generally in good ventilation, new-coated basic level should be dried for ten days in summer and 20 days in winter. Unaccepted basic level should not be constructed.

b.样板施工面积较大时，应按设计要求做出样板，经设计、建设单位认可后，作为验收依据。
b. Sample plate When construction area is large, make sample plate according to designing requirement, which is regarded as acceptance evidence after recognized by designing and constructing units.

c.现场脚手架与墙面的距离适宜，架板要有足够的长度，不少于三个支点遮挡外窗，避免施工时被涂料沾污。
c. Spot The distance between scaffolds and wall should be proper and bridge plate should have enough length with more than 3 fulcrums to cover external windows and avoid pollution by paint in construction.

d.人员施工班组应有技术负责人，主要操作人员须经本工艺施工技术培训，合格者方可上岗，辅助工应有专人指导。
d. Staffs There should be technical directors in the team, and main operators should have technical training on this technique, and no people should be on duty without qualification, and auxiliary workers should be guided by special person.
